English synthpop duo Soft Cell recently announced new live album and DVD «Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret… And Other Stories: Live» set to release October 7th, 2022 via Live Here Now.

«Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret… And Other Stories: Live» features the show filmed and recorded in November 2021 at one of Soft Cell’s two sellout concerts at London’s Eventim Apollo to celebrate the 40th anniversary of «Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret». As well as the seminal 1981 debut album performed in full for the very first time, the new release also includes the band’s chart hits alongside tracks from across Soft Cell’s career that have never been performed before live, plus songs from the duo’s current album, «*Happiness Not Included».

Beside Soft Cell - legendary frontman Marc Almond and producer/instrumentalist Dave Ball - 2,5 hour show also features saxophonist Gary Barnacle, four backing singers, and is performed in two acts, with dramatic lighting and a cutting edge video wall depicting the faded glamour of Soho streets.
