Our long time friends T.O.Y. will release new single featuring Marian Gold (Alphaville) - «Turn On!» will out October 28th, 2022 via Restless Records (Digital) and Private Records (Physical).

«Turn On!» is part of the upcoming T.O.Y. full length album «The Prophet» and also featured as an exclusive remix on the «Metropol Nights» limited edition vinyl LP.

Dope 1980's analog sounds produced by Volker Lutz which made its way to Alphaville frontman Marian Gold through the hands of longtime friend and Head of Recorded Music at Schubert Music Europe Thomas Thyssen.

«After more than 30 years of being a musician, several albums, singles, third-party productions, songwriting for bands like And One, remixes for Apoptygma Berzerk, Front 242 and many others, I'm really looking forward to the upcoming T.O.Y. release with one of my personal superheroes. Actually, Marian Gold got the status of a superhero for me only after our collaboration on our joint project, because basically I don't think much of putting people on a pedestal, because in the end we are all more or less the same. But then you meet those people again who are so special to you that they become as valuable as your own family members or best friends. Maybe it's just the age, so mine, and you become more grateful for what life has given you. Anyway, I'm very grateful for the inspiration for this song and the chance to have written a song with and for the voice of Alphaville.
