The double A-side single «Saw Something / Deeper & Deeper» will be the new single taken from Dave Gahan's second solo album «Hourglass». Out on January 14th the single will be the follow-up to «Kingdom» which was released in late Summer. Written, performed and produced by Dave Gahan, Christian Eigner and Andrew Phillpott, «Saw Something» is a fan favourite due to its very Depeche Mode like melody and sound while «Deeper & Deeper» is a more raw synth-led track.

Moby will release his sixth studio album «Last Night» on March 10th, 2008 via Mute/EMI. The album was recorded in Moby's home studio in Manhattan, NY and features a number of guest vocalists and includes the original MC Grandmaster Caz, Sylvia from Kudu, the UK's MC Aynzli and the Nigerian 419 Squad.

«It's a lot more dance oriented and electronic than my last few albums,» Moby said. «Probably as a result of all of the DJ'ing I've been doing lately. And it has some interesting guest vocalists. My favorite guest is the rapper on «I Love To Move In Here». His name is Grandmaster Caz, and he was one of the writers of «Rappers Delight». He's been rapping since 1975, and I'm really happy to have him on the record.»

First single from «Last Night» will be track «Alice» set to release on January 14th, 2008.

Following the great success of the Summer release events in Berlin and Prague, Alan Wilder will again celebrating Recoil «subHuman» release with a new party, this time on December 1st at Moscow club «Strangel». He will be making a special appearance to sign fan items and chat with as many people as possible. The party programme will feature music courtesy of various DJs and some local live acts, video projection and competitions. While in Moscow, amongst other things, Alan will also be visiting few radio stations («Echo of Moscow» and «Silver Rain») and making autograph-session at SOYUZ record store.

Produced by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and Nick Launay who worked with the band on their last album «Abattoir Blues / The Lyre of Orpheus», the new album was recorded over the Summer at State of the Ark Studios in Richmond and mixed by Nick Launay at British Grove in Chiswick.

On November 13th, 2007 Danish electronic industrial artist Claus Larsen better known as Leaether Strip turns 40. Alfa Matrix could not find a better date to launch the first volume of Leaether Strip «Retention» Box Series through which Claus Larsen will re-release his complete back-catalogue. Each re-release will have both the fully remastered version of the original album on Disc 1, and a totally rewritten and reinterpretation of some selected songs from the original album by Leaether Strip himself rerecorded with current technologies - on Disc 2.

The «Retention nr1» Box includes 2 complementary albums: first of which is the «The Pleasure Of Penetration» CD (initially released back in 1990) remastered by Claus Larsen himself, giving a stronger and wider sound to this chef d'oeuvre while staying very faithful to the original work. The original track-list has also been extended to 15 tracks with the addition of early 12" tracks and other rarities of the period. Secondly, comes the «Pleasure Of Reproduction 2007» CD which gathers some 10 selected tracks taken from Disc 1, totally re-written and re-recorded by Leaether Strip in the 2007 upgraded Strip Farm Studio, benefiting from today's technologies and Claus Larsen's acquired expertise through the years.

Both discs are not available separately and are only sold in the Deluxe Carton Box which also includes some additional fan goodies.
