Italian techno/EBM band XP8 will release new album «Drop the Mask» on January 15th, 2010 via Infacted Recordings. Aimed at the heart of the dancefloor, XP8's music keeps listeners moving through the night in timeless waves, emitting subtle hints of the 1980s while slipping easily into the sounds of the new millennium: glitchy patterns, sharp simulated strings, and clear vocals travelling through bright sequences and brooding atmospheres.

Exactly two years after the previous album «The Art of Revenge», «Drop the Mask» is a further evolution of the band's sound, showing the duo of Marco Visconti and Marko Resurreccion taking their collective music prowess to new heights.
